In the previous week I looked at different websites in order to find a list of dietitians in atlanta that focus on the vegetarian diet. Therefore, today I reached out to them.

I used this website called HEALTHPROFS.com and I selected Vegetarian nutritionists and dietitians in atlanta (see picture).

I looked over a lot of the profiles looking at their specialties, their introduction and websites. I wanted to have multiple options so I decided for 4 different nutritionists/ dietitians and emailed each one through the website, explaining who I was and what my project was about.

By doing this I used critical thinking skills as I had to choose a website, choose 4 people by looking at their specialties and website and I then also had to come up with what I wanted to say to them. For the same reason I used communications skills when emailing them and presenting myself and the project, I used organization skills as I gave myself deadlines for when I had to email and reach out in order to then be able to work on my product. I also used literacy skills when finding appropriate platforms and websites with lists of dietitians.
