
About me:
HI! I'm Virginia Folli, I'm a grade 10 student and this is my Personal Project website. I've recently become a pescetarian (I eat eggs, dairy, and fish but NOT meat) because of the animals and also the benefits that this diet can have on the environment. Therefore, my next step would be to become vegetarian, so I believe I can use this opportunity to create a project that will help me, and other people to finally take that step.
Therefore for my Personal Project, I wanted to research on the vegetarian diet, nutrients, and substitutes then I wanted to create a super tasty weekly meal plan with Italian recipes which will also be reviewed by a dietitian that focuses on more plant-based diets. Furthermore, I will also create an Instagram account where I will post a lot of amazing vegetarian recipes (from the meal-plan).
