Today one of the dietitians responded, she thanked me for reaching out and asked if I would be available for a ‘discovery call’. I replied, thanking her for reaching out and informed her I wouldn't be available as I had school at that time. I then also asked her more information on what a discovery call would be, asking for more clarification. She then replied and explained what a ‘discovery call’ is and also told me what days and at what time she would be free. I then replied and we were able to decide on a day and time.

By doing this I showed communication and organizational skills as I had to exchange emails with her in order to ask questions and schedule a meeting with her.
