Lentil Ragù pasta

Steps
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
2. Finely chop onion, carrots and celery stick
3. In a separate pan add some olive oil and add the onion, carrots, and celery, saute for about 10 minutes at medium heat
4. Add the lentils, rosemary and thyme, cook for 5 minutes
5. Then add the tomato sauce and cook for about 15 minutes
6. Drain the pasta and add to the pan, add some pepper, Italian extra virgin olive oil and parmesan (optional)
How to make
Any type of pasta is fine, just cook it according to it's instructions
Ingredients
80 g of pasta (any type- best if short)
100 g of canned lentils (already cooked)
1 tbsp of onion
1 tbsp of carrots
1 tbsp of celery sticks
Fresh rosemary
Fresh thyme
100 g of tomato sauce
Salt, pepper
Italian extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of parmesan (optional)
