Introduction

Chocolate chia pudding with fresh fruit and nut butter/nuts

Steps

1. Mix chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and a bit of milk together and stir

2. Gradually add the rest of the milk and combine everything

3. Refrigerate or let it rest for 15-20 minutes, it should have become a gel like consistency

4. Then stir well, add fruit of your choice (strawberries, mango, apple and etc) and some nuts (almonds, walnut etc) or nut butter


How to make

You can use any type of fruit that you like. In addition, you can switch out the nuts with nut butter, any type.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup of milk (regular or plant-based)

  • Fruit (of your choice)

  • 1-2 tbsp of nuts (of your choice)
