Blueberry smoothie bowl

Steps

1. In a blender, put frozen blueberries, avocado, greek yogurt and milk/water (optional)

2. Blend until smooth

3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, top with the remaining blueberries, strawberries, nuts and chia seeds

How to make

Adding the water will make the consistency more liquid, therefore it's optional

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% plain greek yogurt (or can be plant-based)

  • 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 a ripe peeled avocado

  • 3 tbsp of water or milk (optional)

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp of mix of nuts

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries, blueberries or any other
