Steps
1. Thaw the acai pulp under warm water, breaking it down to small pieces, then add it to a high-speed blender as well as a banana, blueberries, honey (optional) and blend
2. Stop to stir and break up the mixture as needed, if you want you can add yogurt or water
3. Transfer to a small bowl, add fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, mango, etc), nuts (some almonds, walnuts and etc), and seeds (ground flax seeds, chia, or sunflower seeds)
How to make
Adding the water and/or yogurt will make the consistency more liquid, therefore it's optional
Ingredients
Acai bowl:
1 banana
7 ounces of frozen unsweetened acai pulp
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp of honey (optional)
1/4 of a cup of unsweetened yogurt or water (optional)
Toppings:
Fruit (of your choice)
nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc)
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds, chia seeds or sunflower
