Miss Lungu hasn’t answered my email but she probably saw it as today she emailed me and Pauline, as she’s also Pauline’s supervisor, and she asked about our X block schedule for the next 2 weeks as she wanted to schedule your meeting during one of these X blocks.

I replied immediately and explained our X block schedule, what days and what time and how it changes depending on the week, week 1 or 2.

Therefore, she then scheduled the meeting on Thursday, September 24th from 2:25 to 3:10 where we would discuss our PP topic and criterion A strand i, ii, iii.

By doing this I used communication and organization skills. I used communication skill as I explained our X block schedule so that Miss Lungu could understand our times, I also used organization skill as I showed initiative and very quickly responded to her email in order to make sure to schedule our meeting before the 25th of September.
