Yesterday miss Lungu changed the time of the meeting, instead, of being during X block it was during lunch. Therefore today, I had the meeting from 11:40 to 12:10 and we discussed on criterion a, strands i, ii, iii, and I also asked her questions that I had.

For strand i, I explained to her what my project consists of, my topic, and I explained why I decided to focus on this. I also explained why my PP is highly challenging for me, wy my goal is important and to who, and of course what my personal interest in this topic and therefore how it connects to me. For strand ii, I talked about all the school and life experiences that will help me thought the PP process, I talked about how I’m going to document it in the process journal. For strand iii, talked about the different type of credible sources that I found, talked about the analysis of each one, and how I should analyze the future sources. We then also talked about some points for our agreement and I then asked her a few questions, especially about the source for the future and the process journal.

These are some points that she told me:

• For the final report or drafts: get rid of the tables for strand i, ii, iii as they take off a lot of space which you don’t have

• For strand iii, divide the primary and secondary sources

• Add sources used later on in strand iii table, only analyze reliability and relevance, no need for everything

• Report-> appendix use it for sources, explain what source and why I used it

• Process Journal, don’t do entries for each day you work on you PP, just the most important and key steps, also include evidence (photos, screenshots) and talk about ATL skills, how I used them

During this meeting, I used multiple ATL skills such as critical thinking skills, communication, organization. I used critical thinking when answering all the questions about my PP topic, I also had to use this skill when asking questions to my supervisor and I also really used it when I had to explain life experiences that will help me throughout this project and also the chosen sources.

I really used communication skill as I had to properly explain to my supervisor my topic, why I chose it, how it connects to me and to others but also life experiences that will help me and also when explaining the sources that I used and why I used them, I also had to ask her questions and makes sure she understood what I meant. I also use organization skills as I had to have my supervisor meeting by Septemeber 25th so I had to organize this meeting and also organize my notes and just all her answers and feedback in my process journal in order to make sure I had all of them in one place.
